History

On March 22nd, 1984, a new Business Organization was born, conceived, from the beginning under the aegis of developing activities of International Commerce, with seriousness, honesty and the achievement of success, with intelligence and a lot of originality. Inversiones Promes, S.A. (INPROSA) was born.

It has been and is, our philosophy, difficult issues in business, since it is there, where we consolidate, the best that has characterized us, promoting brands where others cannot or have failed. In this sense and under an objectively enthusiastic scheme, we were able to position in the remote '80s, products that, had it not been for our leadership, would not have transcended being a common brand. With boldness, in the implementation of logistical resources and with great perseverance and ingenuity, we managed to impose in the Dutch Caribbean, the Jugos Frica brand, as the leader of those markets, not being surpassed, its sales record, to this day, by new marks of the same gender. Similarly, a successful experience occurred with the Consomé Continental Brand, patented by a well-known and important transnational. Subsequently, there were also several successful reissues, in the marketing of products, always with the same imprint, the last to be highlighted, among others, a fruitful business agreement, with Honeywell Companies; South Wire (North American Electro-Conductors); Veyance, a subsidiary of GoodYear; Manpa (Papeles Maracay) and our very successful and assertive experience, with Philips lighting products, of which we are Distributors in the Venezuelan territory and where, due to our extensive experience, an organized, serious and with much criterion, of how businesses should be managed, when they have the supreme responsibility to attend them and the representation of a brand is displayed.

At the present time and as a result of new and important challenges, we are carrying out an important reengineering, to attend goals of Continental scope, which already, turns us into a transnational of the "original marketing". Our historical subsidiaries in Aruba, Curacao and currently Panama and the United States, come to conform an International Holding, being Inprosa Corporation, our company with headquarters in the United States of America, the regent, in this XXI century, of the stellar protagonism of the businesses, of our Entrepreneurial group.
